The statehouse race

Kenyan is amongst the very few democratic countries in Africa. We have seen democracy in parliamentary race where the now well informed public has ousted many of the former members of parliament during party nominations. The people of kenya are rising to exercise their civic duty in determining both the political and economic future of their country. What are your views on the parliamentary nominations? We might be seeing a parliament full of new faces? what are your views? Remember your opinions shape the direction of your country.

Well for one, we have seen some tremendous efforts by president Kibaki. I believe giving him another 5 years he will be able to add to his achievements and he will be the catalyst that we are looking for to move the country forward. Free education and a boost to the economy was one of the few things that he was able to do for the country. I believe 5 years would make a big change for the better for the country.

Vikki it like this, the last 5yrs ni sawa his govt has restructured some stuff that have been missing in this country that fiti. But lets look at the bigger picture, the return of this guy will lead to alot disaster for the future Kenya.
I belive Kenya need new young blood. If we the youth are the future how come old wazees are still hanging to power. they need to rest and leave the country to young people.
as Kalamashaka (Ni Wakati) sung a few years back: Hu ni wakati ketu sisi wavijana, Tusilale kama jana,..get the track en listen to the chorus.

Dee,...
Kibaki has done his share of work and continuing would be ideal,as we would be expecting better services and more opportunity arising. However if you can have Raila as president and he proves a better leader that would be a plus for Kenya in economy. But let not forget who paved way for Kibaki to come as it was the pentagon backing him up then he lenga them that so lame Mr.President kibaki
